1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

10ly Health is a digital health coordination platform that connects patients with licensed healthcare providers — including physical therapists and specialists — for free, 10-minute online consultations. These consultations are designed to help patients understand their options and connect with appropriate care. 10ly is not a medical practice and does not provide medical services directly.

3. Not Medical Advice

The content on this Platform and the consultations facilitated through it are for informational and referral purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider for any medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on or through this Platform.

4. Eligibility

The Platform is intended for users located in the United States. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform independently.

5. Booking & Consultations

Consultations booked through 10ly Health are subject to provider availability. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel bookings due to provider unavailability, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as promptly as possible in such cases.

6. Provider Responsibilities

Healthcare providers on the Platform are independent licensed professionals. They are not employees of 10ly Health. 10ly does not control the clinical judgment or recommendations made during consultations. Providers are solely responsible for the care they deliver.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information when registering or booking.
  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform.
  • Harass, threaten, or harm providers or other users.
  • Record consultations without the explicit consent of all participants.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of 10ly Health Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 10ly Health Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including any harm resulting from reliance on information obtained through a consultation.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Middlesex County, New Jersey.
